The Met Gala just came and went, and I was not there. (I say this a lot. Hmmm. Note to self: Reassess your social calendar.) Well, I was there in spirit. And I thought it would be fun to wear something pseudo-glam to observe the dazzling melee from my perch here in Los Angeles. This MINKPINK, bell sleeve, sheer white dress fit the bill nicely. It’s at once a nightgown and, depending on the occasion and my mood, a viable red carpet option. It’s something I imagine Beyoncé wearing in a quiet moment of solitary reflection, while sipping lemonade. Plus it’s on trend with all the sheer looks we’ve been seeing of late. This dress could be so many things to so many people if only you’d give her the chance. (That is not a personal appeal.
